Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email — not when you click pay. If we can’t accept it, we’ll refund you in full.

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us.

Everything is a limited run. Stock is checked when you check out, but items can sell out between adding to your cart and paying. If that happens you’ll be told before payment is taken.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but never after you’ve placed an order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Payment is processed by Stripe on their own secure checkout page. We never see, handle or store your card details. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment itself.

Pre-release codes are single use, tied to one subscriber, and can’t be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a code if it is being misused.

We ship within the United States. Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn items with tags attached, and free shipping applies over $75.00. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

We photograph and describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and garments in a limited run can differ slightly from one another. That variation isn’t a defect — but if you’re unhappy, the 30-day return applies.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and your California privacy rights.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived — including under California law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of California.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order, and the effective date above always reflects the current version.
